If you forget who is the manager set on the terminal and unable to enter menu (there will be Manager? Shown on display),
please follow the following steps to cancel admin after you connect terminal with its software on PC.
1. Click icon Synchronizing time and icon Backup staff in Communication Management software.
2. Go to Employee management page, you will find the administrator is in red line, click it and click the icon Modify employee, the Add/Modify employee information window will pop-up.
3. Find the item User type, change it to Normal user, and Save.
4. Right click any employee and click Select All, then click Upload Employee &FP.
5、Now you can enter the machine’s menu by pressing the button “M” on the machine’s keypad directly. That’s all.
