Bank Mellatpresented RFP pages in order to hold a public tender for Time Attendance project for all of its branches in 2011. It needs 1800 devices for all of the branches and different organization department buildings in all over the country. NedaPardaz as an authorized distributor of Anviz products, presented C3 device in order to participate in the tender which was recently released by Anviz. It was a high risk to present a newly device which was recently manufactured and did not implement in large scale all over the world; but the risk was successful. After 4 months of evaluation of different devices presented by different companies, NedaPardaz was announced as the winner of the tender. At this time, Bank Mellat requested lots of changes in the C3 device in order to customize the device with the culture of its organization. Kindly, Anviz engineers developed more than 10 versions of new firmware in order to support the customer needs.
Now, Bank Mellat is the only bank in Iran which this kind of project implemented on it.
Before implementing the new project in Bank Mellat, traditional methods were used in the branches. They used card based devices or even use a notebook in order to write the in/out date time. After finishing each months the data was delivered to an excel file in order to calculate the personnel monthly time sheet.
Using the new project, Bank Mellat personnel use C3 devices to insert in/out time data by pressing their fingerprint on the device. NedaPardaz with the help of Anviz (delivering device SDK), developed an application to retrieve online data from the whole branches in one server, which is available for whole personnel in order to view their daily time attendance data in the website.
