Why the device can not read the fingerprint
1.keep the fingerprint a little wet.
2.Check the fingerprint press on right place on the sensor.
3.Test the sensor in the “Setup”—” Hardware Test”—”Sensor”. Normal the LUM of the sensor is: 130-150.
4.Active the “Auto Update” function in the device to keep the fingerprint template always in the latest status.
