Why the user register in the device can not open the door
1.Check if the user is in the right group. Group 0 can not open the door. Group 1 can open the door at any time.
2.To some devices which have dual Relay out, check the “Relay control mode” in device menu, the relay is set to “Ring” or “Door open”.
3.Set the device voice to “0”, then clock on the device, listening carefully to check if there is relay open sound. If there is no relay sound, maybe the relay or mainboard is faulty.
