1. How to add the device?
- 1. Please connect the Camera or NVR with internet, Camera or NVR will get the IP address by DHCP .User can change the Camera’s IP by Intellisight PC client application software.
- 2. Then scan the QR code on the Camera or NVR to add the device to Mobile APP
2. How to deal with “Off-Line” when add the Camera or NVR with Mobile App Or “Camera Disconnection” in the Mobile App?
- 1. Please check the Camera or NVR already power on and the network LED indicators are lit in the device.
- 2. Please check the network setting (IP address, Gateway and DNS) already connect with internet(WAN).
- 3. Please check and cancel the Router with mac address filtering
- 4. The WIFI communication please keep the wireless camera at the WIFI router working scope.
3. How to playback video?
- Please slide from left to right on the app to playback the video under app video preview status, in the video preview interface.
5. How to download the video records from the Camera or NVR?
- Download video from Intellisight PC client software。
6. How to setting the Camera WIFI?
- 1 Please connect the Camera with network cable in the LAN
- 2 Running the Intellisight PC client software, in the “Net” item –“WIFI” Option to setting the Camera WIFI parameter. Please disconnect the network cable after finish the Camera wireless communication setting.
- Notice: The network communication mode only support either WIFI or Network Cable.
7. How to delete the video events?
- The video events will automatic rollback and recover the events on the cloud server. Do not need delete by manual.
8. How to modify the Channel Name?
- Click the top right corner to edit the name, under channel list interface.
9. How to get the Camera Communication password back?
- 1 Hold press the Reset button for 10secs in the device. The device will back to factory mode with default password.
- 2 Get the password back from the Intellisight PC client software.
