VF30 Keypad Flash
Dust may cover the infrared sensor or keypad. There are two holes beside the fingerprint sensor, pls use a soft cloth, first clean the surface of the holes.
If this does not work, pls disassemble the device , clean the infrared sensor , and remove the keypad film, clean the keypad.
