Since 9T9 became Anviz partner in the Maldives, we have a very close relationship with Anviz and we assure that this will be maintained at its best.
Although we have experience of selling and servicing of other brand biometric products, we were not confident about the quality of the products. This was also leading to some customer complains due to hardware faults etc. But during past few months we have received positive feedback about the Anviz products from customers who are using the products as well as prospective customers.
Most important support required for a distributor would be technical support in the event of a technical issue. So far the level of technical support is good enough to keep the process on the run. However we never face much of technical difficulties yet, we believe that Anviz technical support team will be able to provide required support in such an event.
Our main focus on providing solution with Anviz products is excellent after sales service. 9T9 is not just selling it. We put our maximum effort to make sure that the customer makes best use out of the solution.
