Background vs.Requirements:
Officially established on 8 October 1932, the Indian Air Force (IAF) is the air arm of the India armed forces. Its primary responsibility is to secure Indian airspace and to conduct aerial warfare during a conflict. Training Command is the Indian Air Force's command responsible for training flying and ground crews. Due to the high frequency of trainings, the Indian Air Force Training Department required a biometric-based solution that could accurately record and track the time and attendance for all staff members.

The algorithm is capable of recording and logging a high-number of subjects. The EP300 encloses this technology in a durable, water-proof, and dust-proof outer casing in the case of the staff worked outside for a long time. Data-access and extraction is made easy through the use of USB cable, USB pen drive and TCP/IP network. Anviz’s software was easily adapted to meet the needs of the India Air Force Training Department’s administrative requirements.
